Weight lifting is wonderful. My weapon of choice going against fat-loss with combined with clean eating and maintaining a calorie deficit. It helped me lose 105 lbs. and my body looks better than ever before when I only did cardio. Adding extra muscle on your body increases your metabolism. Every day, you burn an extra 50 calories per lbs of muscle that you put on your body ...that means your body is more forgiving when you eat more. How do you think fitness models and bodybuilders stay so lean and ripped?

Exercises You Can Do at Home

  • Stay hydrated during all your workouts so be sure to bring plenty of H2O
