Weight lifting is wonderful. My weapon of choice going against fat-loss with combined with clean eating and maintaining a calorie deficit. It helped me lose 105 lbs. and my body looks better than ever before when I only did cardio. Adding extra muscle on your body increases your metabolism. Every day, you burn an extra 50 calories per lbs of muscle that you put on your body ...that means your body is more forgiving when you eat more. How do you think fitness models and bodybuilders stay so lean and ripped?
Exercises At Home :
You should perform at least 8 reps-12 reps and do 3-4 sets of each exercise
Equipment needed: Stabillity Exercise Ball, Set of Dumbbells, (Optional: Chair or Bench, Medicine Ball)
Starting Position: Sit on astability ballwith both feet firmly placed on the floor, hip-width ap
art or wider. Hold a dumbbell with both hands wrapped around the dumbbell handle. Brace your abdominal/core muscles to stabilize the spine. Pull your shoulder blades down and back.
